Dear guests, we will be happy to host you and welcome you to our charming luxury villa D.O.E.L., built in 2015 with 3 stars and a heated outdoor pool. It is located in the luxurious settlement of Draženica in the city of Zadar, 80m from the sea and not far from the center with a beautiful view of the sea and the peninsula of the old town. It is located 25 minutes from the city center on foot (about 2500 m), and just a pleasant 5-minute walk by the sea from the largest beach in Zadar, called Uskok. There is also Puntamika Beach, an 8-minute walk, and Borik Beach, a 10-minute walk. The macromicro location offers plenty of content and yet you will be amazed at how peaceful and quiet it is. Within the radius of 500m there are many facilities, such as top restaurants (tavern Rafaelo, Galija, Mamma Mia, Karoca gre), stores (Bakmaz, Konzum), cafes (Uskok, Forty Bar), the Uskok Marina, the Borik Marina, Adria Libar Maritime & Yacht training centre, children’s playground Uskok, tennis terrains Zadar, the Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, bus station with Diklo–Center and Puntamika (Borik)–Center bus lines. Nearby is a sparsely populated peninsula Puntamika with lots of green vegetation, pine forests and olive trees, which is ideal for recreational athletes looking for a morning run along the coast or an evening bike ride with family with the most beautiful sunset in Zadar. One-bedroom apartment suite with a floor area of 44 m2 and its own terrace. There is a two bedroom apartment with a floor area of 62 m2 on the first floor of the villa with its own terrace. There is a two bedroom apartment with a floor area of 62 m2 on the second floor of the villa with its own terrace. The whole villa can accommodate 13 adult guests. There is a heated outdoor pool with sun loungers. Free WiFi is available in the entire house, the garden, and by the pool.
