In the lower ground floor is a 130 m2 large recreation room with table tennis, billiards, darts, table football, satellite TV and exercise equipment (bicycle ergometer, treadmill, elliptical machine and rowing machine). There is also an additional bathroom with shower cubicle and WC and a room with washing machine and dryer.

The two halves of the house have two loggias with sea views. Below the terrace is the 30 m2 large and 1.50 meters deep private swimming pool with an overflow channel and an outdoor shower. The pool is heated. Professional filters ensure the best water quality. There are enough pool chairs available around the swimming pool.

The house has 8 bikes (mountain bikes) and 4 kayaks for 2 people + 1 child.

The house is located on the island of Brac, in the quiet Osibova bay, and is only 30 meters from a small pebble beach. Here you will find, away from mass tourism, untouched nature, tranquility and crystal clear water. In the bay are predominantly rocky beaches and some smaller pebble beaches. The village of Milna with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, post office, pharmacy, doctor, gas station, etc. is 2 km away.

The landlord lives in the neighboring house and takes care of the pool, recreation room and garden.
